We understand our individual clients' need to have one central point of contact where all IT issues can be directed. Our Helpdesk is manned with considerate, cheerful and skilled individuals that have your best interest at heart! We promote relationships with individual support technicians but also offer an after-hours support service as well.


We help our clients ensure they're maximising returns on their tools with our Solution Support service. We can support upgrades and maintenance; review configuration and implementation; assess processes, templates and documentation; evaluate test cases and test automation; tailor 'ask-the-expert' mentoring session; and much more. Our support services are conducted both onsite and offsite. Also we've structured our Solution Support services to give our clients maximum flexibility and the widest range of benefits.
